Honorable Randhir Jaiswal, Consul General, The Consulate General of India, New York
Randhir Jaiswal, Honorable Consul General of India, is the advisor of the Fifth International Hindi Conference and patron of Hindi Sangam Foundation, the organizer of the conference. He encourages and supports all efforts related with promotion of Hindi in the United States. Honorable Jaiswal’s active support has led to organizing the Fifth International Hindi Conference at the premises of the Consulate General of India, known as New India House. The office of the Consulate is located in the Upper East Side Historic District of Manhattan. It serves the residents of ten states of the United States: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.

पूर्णिमा ए देसाई
क्वींस, न्यू यॉर्क निवासी श्रीमती पूर्णिमा देसाई हिंदी संगम फ़ाउंडेशन, अमेरिका की सभापति होने के साथ साथ ‘शिक्षा यतन’ सांस्कृतिक संस्था और ‘श्री निकेतन फ़ाउंडेशन’ नामक दो ग़ैर लाभ संस्थाओं की प्रमुख हैं जिनके माध्यम से वे दशकों से अमेरिका में भारतीय संस्कृति का प्रचार-प्रसार कर रही हैं। श्रीमती देसाई भारतीय संगीत, नृत्य तथा पद्य पाठ में पारंगत हैं और हिन्दी शिक्षण से सम्बंधित कार्यों में विशेष रुचि रखती हैं।
AMERICAN COUNCIL ON TEACHING OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES (ACTFL)
ACTFL is a membership community comprised of language education professionals who hold a strong passion for enhancing cultural richness and diversity within education, spanning across various levels. Collaboratively, they offer a range of resources designed to tackle challenges and adapt to the evolving requirements of language educators and their students. The innovative research, standards, assessments, professional development opportunities, and publications provided by ACTFL empower this community to drive forward the advancement of language learning practices. The impact of their collective efforts ripples through society, creating a positive influence on learners, one individual at a time.
The South Asian Language Programs at New York University (NYU)
The South Asian Language Programs at New York University (NYU) were founded in 1995 by the late Professor Susham Bedi and since 1998 have been headed by Prof. Gabriela Nik Ilieva. They are housed in the Department of Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies. Their initiatives and projects are also supported by the Hagop Kevorkian Center, NYU. Since 2008 a Hindi and Urdu Teacher Training Institute has run every summer at NYU and has trained more than 500 instructors from the U.S., India, Pakistan and several countries in Europe.

प्रो गैब्रिएला निक इलेवा, न्यू यॉर्क विश्वविद्यालय
न्यू यॉर्क विश्व विद्यालय की प्रधान हिन्दी प्राध्यापिका गैब्रीएला जी का व्यक्तित्व एक चुंबकीय क्षेत्र जैसा है जिसकी परिधि में अमेरिका के हिंदी अध्यापकों का समूह ज्ञान वर्धन करता रहता है-सन 2021 तक स्टार टॉक कार्यक्रमों के ज़रिए और अब न्यू यॉर्क, मिशिगन स्टेट तथा यूनिवर्सिटी ऑ फ टेक्सस (ऑस्टिन) के संयुक्त प्रयास से चल रहे हिन्दी-उर्दू शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्य कर्मों के माध्यम से।सम्मेलन से लेकर फुलब्राइट-हेस और अन्य प्रयासों की सफलता में श्रेय जाता है प्रोफ़ेसर गैब्रिएला निक इलेवा को।
Piyush J. Patel, Philanthropist
Piyush J. Patel is an accomplished entrepreneur who has built a multi-million dollar conglomerate that spans the globe. Spread throughout the USA, Europe and Asia, Piyush has received numerous awards for his charitable work worldwide. He is the first person of Indian ancestry to be inducted into the Rhode Island Heritage Hall of Fame for his business contributions and philanthropy with the Irish community. His business ventures encompass a multitude of industries, such as real estate development, manufacturing (water treatment, oil drilling, concrete additives), technology, hospitality and performing arts centers. Piyush maintains a simple lifestyle and devotes much time to humanitarian causes in both the USA and in his native land.

उपेन्द्र चिवुकुला
न्यू जर्सी के फ़्रैंकलिन नगर निवासी उपेन्द्र भारतीय समुदाय के एक चर्चित व्यक्ति हैं।उनकी मातृभाषा तेलुगू है लेकिन हिन्दी के प्रति उनका अगाध प्रेम सदा झलकता है। सहयोगी संस्था युवा हिन्दी संस्थान की स्थापना के समय से ही वे हमारे मर्गदर्शक रहे हैं। न्यू जर्सी असेंबली में चार बार जनता का प्रतिनिधित्व कर चुके उपेन्द्र प्रदेश के ऊर्जा विभाग में कमिशनर भी रहे।फ़्रैंक्लिन नगर के मेयर पद को भी सुशोभित किया। उपेन्द्र भारतीय समुदाय के सच्चे प्रतिनिधि हैं।
Professor Rajiv Ranjan, Michigan State University
Rajiv has emerged as a prominent linguist in America. His dedication to enrich language education of Hindi and other Asian languages is unchallenged. He works at the South Asian Studies department of Michigan State University, that was established in 1855. By1862, MSU stood as the nation’s premier land-grant university. Over the decades, the university has continued to be a model of what a land-grant university can and should do. Michigan State University has been advancing the common good with uncommon will for more than 165 years. A top global university, MSU pushes the boundaries of discovery to make a better world while providing students with life-changing opportunities.

डॉक्टर बिजोय मेहता
क्वींस, न्यू यॉर्क निवासी डॉक्टर बिजोय मेहता सेवा निवृत्त हृदय राज विशेषज्ञ होने के साथ साथ वरिष्ठ हिन्दी कवि हैं। वे पाँचवे हिंदी सम्मेलन के उद्घाटन समारोह के दौरान होने वाले कवि सम्मेलन की अध्यक्षता करेंगे। डॉक्टर मेहता फ़्लशिंग, न्यू यॉर्क में हिंदू मंदिर के संचालन में मुख्य भूमिका निभाते रहे हैं, प्रतिवर्ष हिंदी कवियों को अमेरिका में अमंत्रित करते हैं । चंद्रगुप्त मौर्य और तथागत के पौराणिक कथानक पर रचित उनके काव्य अति लोकप्रिय हैं। डॉक्टर मेहता हिंदी संगम फ़ाउंडेशन के पूर्व सभापति तथा अखिल विश्व हिंदी समिति के संस्थापक हैं।
Dr. Mukund Thakar
Dr. Mukund Thakar, president and founder of Indian Nursing Home, Program began his career as a medical professional and he has established an Indian nursing home program to accommodate the Indian elderly. The Indian nursing home program was developed in 2005 by creating an environment where the Indian elderly would feel comfortable in their living arrangement and where their medical and personal needs are met to ensure their well-being and happiness. The accurate formula of medical care enriched with the Indian culture has revolutionized the way our senior citizens are cared for in nursing homes.

प्रो बाबूराम
रोहतक के बाबा मस्तनाथ विश्व विद्यालय हिन्दी विभागाध्यक्ष प्रो बाबू राम हिंदी संगम फ़ाउंडेशन की भारतीय गतिविधियों को संचालित करते हैं। कुरुक्षेत्र (हरियाणा) निवासी बाबूराम आजीवन हिन्दी शिक्षण और इसके प्रचार- प्रसार में लगे रहे। फ़ाउंडेशन के हिंदी सम्मेलनों को सफल बनाने में उनकी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही है।

डॉक्टर सुनील कुलकर्णी, निदेशक केंद्रीय हिंदी संस्थान: भारत सरकार के उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा सन 1961 में स्थापित केंद्रीय हिन्दी संस्थान और उसके निदेशक डॉक्टर सुनील कुलकर्णी हिन्दी शिक्षण के कार्यों को आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं जिनका मुख्य उद्देश्य दर्जनों ग़ैर भारतीय देशों के विद्यार्थियों को हिन्दी की औपचारिक शिक्षा प्रदान करना है। संस्थान का मुख्यालय आगरा में है तथा इसके आठ क्षेत्रीय केंद्र दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, , गुवाहाटी, शिलांग, मैसूर, दीमापुर, भुवनेश्वर, तथा अहमदाबाद में सक्रिय हैं। संस्था विश्व में हिन्दी के प्रसार की दिशा में अनेक कार्यक्रम कर रही है।

डॉक्टर माधुरी रामधारी
विश्व हिंदी सचिवालय, मरिशस की डॉक्टर श्रीमती माधुरी रामधारी हिन्दी प्रसार में प्रमुख भूमिका निभाती रही हैं । वे भारत के बाहर हिंदी प्रसार के लिए सतत प्रयत्नशील हैं और युवा हिन्दी संस्थान तथा हिंदी संगम फ़ाउंडेशन के सभी हिन्दी प्रयासों को प्रोत्साहित करती रही हैं।

संध्या भगत, निदेशक, ’धूप-छांव’
अटलांटा निवासी संध्या भगत हिन्दी संगम फ़ाउंडेशन की सचिव हैं। वे एक दशक से भी अधिक समय से युवा हिन्दी संस्थान के हिंदी कक्षाओं में वरिष्ठ शिक्षिका रही हैं। नाटिका मंचन विधा की शिक्षण में समाहित करना उनकी विशेष शैली है। हिन्दी शिक्षार्थियों को नाटक विधा से जोड़ कर संवाद सिखाना संध्या जी को बख़ूबी आता है जिस कारण उनके विद्यार्थी बोलने में शीघ्र पारंगत होते हैं।अपनी नाट्य संस्था, ‘धूप-छांव’ के माध्यम से वे सैकड़ों हिन्दी प्रेमियों का दिल जीत चुकी हैं । सम्मेलन के समापन समारोह के अंग के रूप में ‘धूप-छांव’ की मंच प्रस्तुति ‘आधे अधूरे’ का मंचन होगा, जिसका निर्देशन संध्या जी ने किया है।
